Returns
We accept full price unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased on olgaella.com for return with original tags attached. Unfortunately, any items with tags removed are ineligible for return.
Vintage Items are FINAL SALE.
Domestic Returns Refunds are eligible on non-sale items initiated with 15 days of receiving your purchase.
Email info@olgaella.com to initiate a return. For refunds there is a $7 Flat rate return shipping cost that will be deducted from the refund. Initial shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Packages must be postmarked within 5 days of initiating a return in order to qualify for refund. Please allow one to two weeks for your return to be received and processed.
